Our Mission
Our mission is to educate our children their language and culture and to preserve our identity as Eritrean.
We strive to achieve our goals by making sure all the Eritrean children who leave in Australia are capable of speaking, listening, reading and writing their languages within few years of starting the language school. We aim to achieve all those goals by continuing to have the face-to-face school available to all the Eritrean children no matter what it takes. We would like all the community to be involved and work with the school towards achieving those goals. The participation of the entire community is needed to make the mission successful.
Extraordinary Experiences
We want to create an extraordinary experience for our children so that they have a memorable, meaningful and beyond ordinary experiences so that they learn to cherish the memories and have fun while they learn.
Our Core Values
- Our culture: – Teaching our Children their culture and language and help them to understand how beautiful, ancient, and amazing their culture is.
- Respect/ Discipline: – Teaching our children the value of discipline and respect and how important it is to follow those values to continue the beautiful culture for generations to come.
- Courage: – We need to be courageous by standing up for values and culture and should not be ashamed to represent our identity.
- Integrity: – We strive to conduct our work in honesty, accountability and transparency so that we can lay the foundations for future leaders to continue with the work ahead.
- Innovation: – Encourages us all to think outside the box, adapt to change and contribute to the development of our school and community. We need to challenge ourselves to see what’s possible to better meet the needs of our children.
